Frequently asked Questions
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days, however most orders are dispatched within 24 hours or the same day. During busy periods dispatch times will remain the same unless otherwise stated, however delivery times may be slightly longer. Please see Royal Mail Service Updates for any delivery delays.
In the unlikely event you receive faulty items/goods please get in touch within 14 days of delivery for an exchange.
Exchanges
Please note all items/goods must meet the following requirements for an exchange to be accepted:
1. In original unmarked packaging and unopened.
2. Packaging opened but not damaged, goods not used.
3. Packaging opened but not damaged, goods used but in new condition.
4. Packaging and/or goods damaged or parts missing will be rejected.
As all items/goods sold are classed as medical equipment any exchange requests will be rejected after 14 days from the delivery date.
Refunds
Refunds are not accepted to prevent cross contamination.
If you have already placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please get in touch and we will try to accommodate your request.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. The tracking number will be sent to you via email once we have dispatched your order.
We do not provide setup support for any of the items we sell, although some items will come with instructions within the packaging it is recommend a trained professional carry’s out any new or existing setups.
Our shop is setup to serve the UK only, however if you are looking to place a large order outside of the UK please get in touch and we can forward a quote.
