What can the PIR be used for?
The Floor PIR motion detector monitors the presence of people and registers their movements. Movement will normally result in an alarm call being sent to the Care personnel.
Where can the PIR be located The PIR is for indoor use only, it can be simply placed on the floor or on a table. The detection area is about 4 metres within a very narrow beam and shallow angle.
